Terms and risk disclosure

Last updated 31 October 2026. Please read this before you use Craic Hub Wallet.

In short: this is self-custody software. You alone control your keys. If you lose your recovery phrase or password, or someone else gets them, your funds can be lost permanently and we cannot help. Crypto is high risk. This is not financial advice.

1. What Craic Hub Wallet is

Craic Hub Wallet ("the Wallet") is free, non-custodial software that runs in your web browser at thehubexchange.com/wallet. It lets you create or import a wallet, view balances, send and receive crypto on Solana, Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain, and swap Solana tokens through third-party routing. It is provided by the Craic Hub Exchange team ("we", "us"). The Wallet is beta software.

2. You control your keys

  • Your recovery phrase and private keys are generated and stored only on your device, encrypted with your password. They are never sent to us or to any server. We have no accounts and cannot see, recover, freeze or move your funds.
  • We cannot reset your password. If you forget it, you can erase the Wallet from your device and restore it using your recovery phrase.
  • If you lose both your password and your recovery phrase, your funds are permanently lost.
  • Anyone who obtains your recovery phrase, private key, or access to your unlocked device can take your funds.
  • We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key. Anyone who does is a scammer.

3. Risks you accept

  • Market risk. Crypto prices are volatile. Meme coins and new tokens, including $CRAIC, are extremely high risk and can fall to zero. Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice (NFA).
  • Irreversible transactions. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Sending to a wrong or incompatible address can lose funds permanently.
  • Scam and unverified tokens. Anyone can create a token. Unverified tokens may be scams or impossible to sell.
  • Software risk. The Wallet is beta software that has not been independently audited. It may contain bugs. It depends on open-source libraries and third-party services that may fail or change. Start with small amounts.
  • Device and browser risk. Malware, malicious browser extensions, shared devices, and phishing sites can compromise your wallet. Use a device you trust and keep it updated.
  • Third-party services. Balances, prices and swaps rely on third parties (for example public blockchain RPC nodes, Jupiter, and CoinGecko). Their data can be delayed, wrong, rate limited or unavailable. Swap transactions are built by Jupiter and signed on your device; you should review them.
  • Regulatory risk. Laws on crypto differ by country and may change. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.

4. Fees

The Wallet is free. You pay network fees to the blockchain. Swaps may include a platform fee (0% to 0.75%, lower for $CRAIC holders and trades involving $CRAIC) that supports Craic Hub, shown on the review screen before you confirm. Fees paid in $CRAIC are burned.

5. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. Do not use the Wallet if it is unlawful where you are, if you are subject to sanctions, or for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.

6. Privacy

We do not collect your keys, recovery phrase, password or personal details, and there is no sign-up. Wallet data (your encrypted vault and settings) is stored in your browser on your device. To show balances, prices and activity, your browser contacts third-party services directly, and they can see your IP address and the public wallet address being queried. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs. See our Privacy page. The Wallet sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts.

7. No warranty and limit of liability

The Wallet is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Wallet, third-party services, errors, outages, or security incidents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update the Wallet and these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Report security issues via our security page. Join the community at t.me/CraicCoinChat.
