Terms of use

Last updated: 31 October 2026. These terms cover thehubexchange.com (Craic Hub Exchange). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Short version: Craic Hub Exchange is a non-custodial interface. You trade from your own wallet and sign every transaction yourself. We never hold your coins or keys. Crypto is risky and nothing here is financial advice. NFA. DYOR.

1. What the site is

Craic Hub Exchange lets you connect your own wallet and use third-party routers and protocols (for example Jupiter, LI.FI and ChangeNOW) to swap tokens, launch tokens, create pools and list tokens. We provide an interface only. We are not a bank, broker, custodian or financial adviser, and we do not execute trades on your behalf.

2. Your wallet and your keys

You are responsible for your wallet, recovery phrase and keys. We will never ask for your recovery phrase. Transactions on public blockchains are final and cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else. Check the token, amount, network and address in your wallet before you sign.

3. Not advice, and risk

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Token prices move fast and you can lose everything you put in. Meme tokens and new tokens are extremely high risk, and some cannot be sold. A token appearing on the site, including in a listing, is not an endorsement. Do your own research.

4. Fees

Swaps include network fees, router fees and a small platform fee (0% to 0.75%, lower for $CRAIC holders). Fees are shown before you sign. See the fees table. Fees paid in $CRAIC are burned.

5. Third-party services

Quotes, routing, liquidity, price data, charts, news and cross-chain swaps come from third parties. We do not control them and cannot promise they will be available, accurate or on time. Their own terms apply when you use them. Staking runs on Streamflow, a third-party protocol, and the $CRAIC staking pool is coming soon.

6. Craic Hub Wallet

The Craic Hub Wallet is a self-custody wallet. It has its own wallet terms.

7. Acceptable use and where you live

Do not use the site to break the law, to launder money, to evade sanctions, to attack the site or other people, or to list or promote scams. Some features may not be available in some countries or regions, and you are responsible for following the rules where you live. The exchange is not meant for under-18s.

8. Listings and launches

Listings are checked by a person but are not an endorsement or a guarantee. We can decline or remove a listing at any time. If you launch or list a token, you are responsible for it, including what you say about it and any rules that apply to you.

9. No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided as it is and as available, without promises of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site, from third-party services, from market moves, from mistakes in a transaction you signed, or from the site being down. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and contact
